| Description: |
Our client provides asset solutions to the world investment management industry. They provide their clients access to a range of products from fund administration, middle-office outsourcing, custody, foreign exchange, trustee services and depository to securities lending and other banking services.
On the back of continued business wins and overall demand, the client is looking for a Senior Fund Administrator to join its Dublin office.
Core Responsibilities:
NAV calculation on a weekly and monthly basis
Client queries resolution
Prepare SAS70 compliant weekly and monthly files
Prepare audited Financial Statements and annual audit
Prepare reporting for the regulatory authorities
Review Non NAV tasks - distributions, launches, investment restrictions and liquidations
Key Requirements:
You will need to have 3 plus years in the administration of Hedge Funds
A Third level qualification, qualified or part qualified accountant or other relevant qualification
Excellent understanding of the Microsoft Office suite of software applications
Good working understanding and knowledge of Bloomberg
Have a good grasp on the structure of funds, fund structures, fee calculations, trading strategies, financial instruments and fund offering documentation |
