| Description: |
Our client provides asset solutions to the world investment management industry. They provide their clients access to a range of products from fund administration, middle-office outsourcing, custody, foreign exchange, trustee services and depository to securities lending and other banking services.
On the back of continued business wins and overall demand, the client is looking for a Senior Fund Administrator to join its Dublin office.
Core Responsibilities:
Review daily output from operations team to include reconciliations, pricing, accruals and capital movements
Ensure deadlines are followed and all processes are automated
Ensure deliverables are following fund documents and holidays
Ensure all procedures are followed and following ISAE standards
Help to impart knowledge and training with staff
Help with the preparation and review of financial statements
Communication of NAV and NAV related queries with internal departments
Key Requirements:
Have at least two years’ experience in the administration of Hedge Funds
Third level qualification, qualified or part qualified accountant or other relevant qualification
Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of software applications
Have a working knowledge of Bloomberg
Show a firm understanding of funds, fund structures, fee calculations, trading strategies, financial instruments and fund offering documentation |
