My client, a long established and successful business is a leading provider of Financial Administration Services, Banking and Corporate Services to diverse Financial Services industry client base including Aircraft lessors, airlines, banks, commodities, and more. About the Role
Reporting to the Global HR Director (based locally), this is a permanent post and sits within an established and growing HR & Culture team. You will have the typical responsibilities of a HR Business Partner in developing and delivering robust initiatives around employee engagement, talent acquisition, restructuring, performance management, learning and development, and managing other organisational changes across a number of different business lines.
You’ll provide support and advice around policies and employee relations (redundancy programmes, grievance, disciplinary, PIPs, dismissal etc.), and annual processes (compensation, performance management, bonus).
About You
You’ll have around 8-10 years of experience within a HR Function. You’ll be confident in your ability able to manage a busy HR workload. While you will receive ample support, this role is really for someone who likes to set their own agenda with limited management oversight. You will of course need technical competence in employment law, be decisive, and have a real personal initiative and proactive approach to further developing a solid HR framework in a growing function. |
