About my Client
My client is established Financial Services and Fund Administration provider, currently seeking to further grow their Private Equity Fund Accounting Department in their mid-sized Dublin office owing to new business wins and existing business growth. A company with an excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable and tenured Management team who have well defined plans for department and company growth.
Although all employees are currently work from home, there has been zero drop in service capacity and remote interviewing and virtual onboarding has been an extremely smooth transition comparative with their peers.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that your small team of 3 Senior and Junior Analysts are a high performing, efficient unit. You will manage workflows, review their work (capital calls, distributions, journal entries, fee calculation, waterfall calculations etc.), release it to clients and be those clients first point of contact. You will partake in your team’s goal setting, one to one meetings and annual appraisals.
About You
You’ll be an ambitious and motivated Supervisor with hands-on people management including performance appraisals and one to one meetings. You will exude professionalism and integrity and be comfortable in small leading teams, engaging and facing high profile clients striving for high quality service. Knowledge of complex closed ended investment types including Private Equity, regulatory requirements, limited partnership agreements and complex fee methodologies would be sought after.
