About my Client:
My client, a long established independent Financial Services provider is currently seeking to add to their KYC and AML team. Client bases include Alternative Investment Funds, SPVs, Institutional Investors, Charities and Family Offices etc.
They are a company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable and experienced Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office. They are a pioneering, client centric organisation underpinned by their commitment to superior client service.
The Role:
This department is seeking an AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) professional, with hands on experience in ideally a background in Funds, SPVs, and Asset Management etc., though Corporate KYC experience will be considered.
In the role you’ll be responsible for;
Leading, mentoring and training a small KYC team
Managing AML/KYC set ups
Performing AML/KYC Reviews, within specified time frames
Writing Client Risk Assessments
Incident investigations
Legal and Regulatory assurance
About You:
You’ll be able to work to, and manage a varying workload within specified time frames. You’ll have around 5 years of experience within AML and be client centric and manage relationships in what sometimes can be difficult circumstances - communication is key. With local growth, particularly across AML/New Business Teams and ample chance for further development and progression, in a business with a strong reputation in the market from both employee relations and market perspectives this role would suit an ambitious individual seeking to add to an already strong skill set. |
