About my Client
My client, a long established, independent Financial Services and Fund Administration provider is currently seeking to add to Relationship Management team. A company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Executive Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office.
About the Role
This is very much a client interaction focused role, managing high profile investment funds, managing and building a trusted relationship with their Principals and their Investors. With a small team Assistant Managers reporting directly to you along with numerous dotted line Supervisors and Administrators, you’ll be responsible for staff development and leading the performance management process.
The manager is also very hands on with client relationship management, and jumping into due diligence meetings, occasional new product & services meetings too.
Change management and Project work will take up a large portion of your role which will require you to plan, develop and roll out a variety of initiatives across local and wider afield departments.
About You
You’ll be a hands-on, ambitious and motivated manager. One who exudes professionalism and integrity and comfortable in leading teams, engaging and facing high profile clients striving for high quality service whilst managing Regulatory & Business Change Operational Risk, Control, and Compliance best practice ensuring all work is carried out in line with the Funds’ Prospectus.
You will also have excellent Operational Transfer Agency experience, ideally from an A-Z process including Cash Reconciliations, and Dealing & Transaction Processing.
You’ll be keen to further your career in the short to medium term and really be a person who can ultimately see the bigger picture in a large organisation. |
