About my Client
My client, an independent, established Financial Services and Fund Administration provider is currently seeking to further grow their Fund Accounting Client Service Department in their mid-sized Dublin office owing to new business wins and existing business growth. A company with an excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable and tenured Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth. Although all employees are currently work from home, there has been zero drop in service capacity and has been a smooth transition comparative with their peers. They have offices in almost 20 locations globally.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that your small team of 2 or 3 Senior and Junior Analysts are a high performing, efficient unit. You will manage workflows, review their work (Daily Mutual NAVs, performance fees, pricing, portfolio hedging etc), release it to clients and be those clients first point of contact.
Production is not done in the Dublin office but another European location. You will have oversight on this production for 50% of your role, the other 50% working directly with clients as their Client Service Manager.
About You
You’ll be a hands-on, ambitious and motivated Senior Analyst or Supervisor. People management is not a pre-requisite for this role, but owing to the high proportion of Client Service in your role, strong inter-personal skills are a must.
Mutual experience is preferred but required, however experience with daily deliverables is needed. There is no overtime required or expected, and there are no month end cycles! |
