The Company:
My client provides fund administration services to a wide variety of investment products covering all alternative and regulated products. The company’s global asset service is focused on providing one of the most flexible and technically competent product offerings in the marketplace
The Role:
Due to the accelerated growth of my client they’re looking to add an AML Supervisor. You will carry out supervisor responsibilities, such as interviewing, hiring, training and managing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing and resolving employee complaints and concerns.
Draft and implement appropriate written procedures
Risk assessing all new and existing investors and clients and escalate potential risk
Preparing investor and client files for sign off
Carry out AML refresh projects and keep AML records up to date
About You:
You will be able to resolve complex issues in a timely manner and identify risks within the role and show independence and leadership within your team. You will have excellent communicational/Interpersonal skills coupled with excellent technical skills. |
