About my Client
My client, a long established independent Financial Services provider is currently seeking to add to their Management Team. A company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable and experienced Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office. They are a pioneering, client centric organisation underpinned by their commitment to superior client service. Although all employees are currently work from home, there has been zero drop in service capacity and it has been a smooth transition.
About the Role
Sitting within the broader Middle Office function, your primary responsibility will be to tightly manage oversight of Middle Office client requirements around Trade Support (e.g. matching, processing and reconciliations of trades and cash etc).
You will be responsible for the project management of new fund launches and new client onboarding, relationship management for $1+ billion clients, process improvements and risk oversight. You will also be responsible for the management of a high performing team including the management of their career development, succession planning, goal setting, one to one meetings etc.
About You
You’ll have about 6+ years of experience within Fund Administration or Asset Management, ideally from a Middle Office background or Trade Support background. You’ll have knowledge of Hedge Funds (and the complex derivative products contained within) and Prime Broker relationships.
Experience with the use of software such as Xceptor, ART, SP, Lens will be highly regarded, as will prior experience in liaison with the Central Bank of Ireland or other regulators. |
