About my Client
My client, a long established independent Financial Services provider is currently seeking to add to their Management Team. They are a pioneering, client centric organisation underpinned by their commitment to superior client service.
About the Role
This senior hire is arising due to growth of existing business and pipelined new business, as well as a recent promotion within the team which requires a seasoned professional to take the helm.
In what is an exciting role, you will report to the Managing Director of Loan Operations, and will be responsible for delivery of exceptional Loan administration and Structured Finance services to a range of investment funds.
Your role will be multi-faceted - you will act as relationship manager to key investment managers and investors providing them with RFPs and vendor contracts, assisting with the management of annual budgeting and plan for the onboarding of new clients. You’ll work on profitability models, present and pitch to potential new business, develop the existing team framework and more.
For the first 12 months, this will be hands-on. You will still be taking part in the operational activity of resets, rollovers, loan closing etc, not just performing oversight.
About You
You’ll be an ambitious Manager with a depth of experience in Loans and Loan Servicing from an Investment Manager, Fund House or Bank. Loan and Debt Product experience is key - Syndicated Bank Loans, Commercial Real Estate Loans, Direct Lending, Structured Product (Commercial Paper, Tri Party Repos) etc. Loan Origination and Loan Closing experience is sought after.
