Job Title: Project Assistant
Location: Dublin

Description:
The Business Analyst assists the European Operations Manager as a project resource with a strong emphasis on documenting and advising improvements to current Operational processes.
Major Responsibilities:
Under the responsibility of the European Operations Manager
Key project resource for all projects impacting Europe operations including:
Claims Tracking Database
Premium Processing via TRIAD
TMDM Administration system
Retro Administration
Expense tracking system
Ability to deliver Proof of Concept POC applications to meet Operational requirements.
Understand and administer TMDM* requirements
Policy & Procedures (P&P) documentation - ensure inventory of P&P is kept up to date
Desk audits of P&P
Operational reporting - ensure timely reporting
Expense accruals review & submission.

Required Skills: Minimum Requirements/Skills:
Excellent MS Excel and Access skills
English plus either French or Spanish would be an advantage
Bachelor's degree in business preferably Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience.
At least 1 year insurance/reinsurance experience.
Accuracy and attention to detail skills
Good technical and analytical skills
Accounting knowledge preferable
Desirable Skills: Competencies/Desired Behavioral Characteristics
Good communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve issues
Adaptable and able to multi-task
