Exciting opportunity for a Corporate Finance Director
The Challenge
Managing and leading team of professionals role will include origination and execution of a range of M&A, IPO(incl AIM listings), take privates, fundraisings, MBO & MBI's. Candidate will be a key employee in maintaining relationships with key clients with ongoing review of possibilities.
The Candidate
Suit candidate currently working at Director level with a Corporate Finance house in Ireland or UK. Alternatively may suit candidate with 3 years+ experience at Associate Director level, ready to move to the next level.
The Client
Our client is one of Irelands leading stockbrokers, its corporate finance division has a strong pipeline of interesting and high proifle deals, resulting in the requirement for a commercial and dynamic Director.
The Compensation
Excellent salary ranging from 120-140k (commensurate with experience) will apply, a bonus package in excess of 100% of basic salary will apply to the right candidate.
