An opportunity for an experienced Compliance professional to lead a newly created and evolving Operations Compliance team at an established and well-capitalised global leader with a long and proven history in the fund servicing industry.
This position presents real opportunity for career progression for a talented individual to build on an established compliance career.
The Compliance Manager will lead a team of Compliance Analysts in facilitating and monitoring Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance in relation to Transfer Agency (TA) transactions processed by the Operations teams handling transfer agency transactions for various fund clients, fund representatives, external broker / dealers etc., ensuring adherence to policies and procedures within the appropriate AML regulatory and legal framework.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the Funds Services Industry. You will have excellent technical compliance competencies with specific Transfer Agency (TA) AML compliance experience a distinct advantage. Supervisory experience is required as you will lead a team of Compliance Analysts.
