| Description: |
• Role Description:
• The overall responsibility for end to end back office operations and daily service delivery
• Role will include co-ordinating teams, supporting multiple investment funds and business users, managing SLA’s and metrics
• Achieve ongoing process enhancements
• Assist in identification of development initiatives across the function
• Responsible for implementing tools and methods to integrate solutions for business requirements
• Provide technical guidance to the teams
• Monitor the performance of the process and assist the teams if required.
Oversee unit price production and process
• Ensure compliance with procedures
• Manage release of new applications for handover to the production environment
A Qualified Accountant who will have indepth knowledge of unit pricing, cash management & settlements, investment financial reporting, compliance and guidelines.
