To manage the Dublin reinsurance team. To develop and maintain appropriate processes and procedures in line with current industry best practice and to ensure reinsurance operations are conducted in accordance with company policies. Meet with cedant companies and brokers to discuss information flow and contractual matters. Review contract and slip wordings and liaise with the brokers and cedants on the terms and conditions and to ensure that the accounting and reporting terms are consistent with best underwriting practice.
