| Description: |
Senior Restructuring Property Manager required for a leading International Bank based in Dublin.
Reporting to the Chief Restructuring Officer, the Senior Restructuring Property Manager will be responsible for working on the restructuring of individual property loans in Ireland and the UK to maximise the return to the Bank. Other responsibilities will include managing negotiations and relationships with borrowers; make recommendations on property management; preparing board reports; identify the restructuring and alternative asset management options and solutions; manage cash flows; manage credit application process; management of Portfolio Asset Managers.
To be successful in the position as Senior Restructuring Property Manager you will have 5 years plus experience working in Property Restructuring within the Irish and UK property market.
