Our Client – a Leading Financial Services organisation – is currently recruiting for a Fund Analyst for their Dublin City Centre office. Duties of the role: - To produce daily NAVS - To reconcile Funds to related Custody accounts for all currencies within a specified time frame. - To produce monthly reporting for onward transmission to the Trustees and answering any queries posed within specific timeframes in a prompt and professional manner. - To keep outstanding items to an absolute minimum and to resolve any outstanding items. - To produce Yields checks according to the SLA for onward transmission to the Investment Manager and or related parties. - To liaise professionally with other Internal Departments, Trustees/Depositaries, Custodians, Auditors and our Clients. - To deliver a quality service to our clients within the set KPI’s Required Knowledge/Skills - Fund Accounting/Fund Related experience - Bachelor’s Degree in a Business/Accounting related field - Ability to work within a team. - Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables. - Numerical and computer literacy including Excel - Interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with other members of their team, Internal Departments, Trustees/Depositaries, Custodians, Auditors and the Fund Management Companies - Communicate effectively both orally & in written form with internal departments and external bodies. - Complies with the companies’ policy on educational standards.
