A leading Financial Services company is looking to recruit an Investor Services Assistant Vice President for its growing operations in Dublin City Centre.

Requirement

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing organisation. This role involves the supervision of all operational and staffing aspects of the Global Investor Services Team and works closely with the Global Head of Investor Services.

Experience: Responsibilities

•Responsible for the day to day delivery of the Transfer Agency operational and investor servicing group.


•Provide technical expertise for the development of new business relationships and develop procedures for the take on of new products and services.


•Work with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and to ensure that all current requirements are met.


•Ensure operating procedures are established and adhered to, enhancing current procedures to improve productivity and quality.


•Maximise scalability through the use of onshore and offshore locations and multi-function.


•Produce management reporting for monthly activities with particular focus on accuracy and timeliness in all locations and remedial programs where appropriate.


•Manage client issues ensuring appropriate resolution, including regular liaison with clients, relationship managers and other operational managers to provide a seamless service.


•Liaising with clients regarding Service and Service Level Agreements.


•Consult on effective ways to meet client’s needs or appropriate methods to be used for resolution of an error.


•Maintain relations with third parties - to include Client, internal relations with other departments and Auditors.


•Analyse monthly management information to understand where quality at an individual, process, team or management company needs to be addressed.


•Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment which encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.


•Responsible for the development, recruitment, appraisals and retention of partners.


•Fulfil additional relevant tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements.


•Comply with the regulatory regime in which the company operates as appropriate to the above role.




The successful candidate should have

•5-8 year's experience within TA/Shareholder Services in a managerial position.


•Demonstrate an ability to work on his/her own and within a team and be willing to assist with ad hoc tasks when required.


•Proven record of managing projects from planning through to implementation.


•Proven record of managing staff both through change and in busy periods.


•Strong knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities.


•Strong PC-based experience


•Excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with Clients, Investors, Management and Demonstrate a diligent and methodical approach to tasks.


•Qualification in finance or business-related area.


•Candidates will be required to attend for interview. Candidates will also be required to complete a PPA (Personal Profile Analysis).

Required Education: 3rd Level Degree
