About the role
FIL Fund Management (Ireland) Ltd was incorporated as a company in Ireland in September 2000. Core activities undertaken in the Dublin office include the provision of administration services for funds domiciled in Ireland, such as the Fidelity Institutional Liquidity Fund plc, FIL's Corporate Treasury dealing function and to act as Irish distributor for funds managed by Fidelity Worldwide Investment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key business streams within the fund accounting team;
(i) The Fidelity Qualifying Investor Fund plc is a non-UCITs qualifying investor alternative investment fund structure and subject to AIFMD regulatory requirements.
(ii) The Fidelity Common Contractual Fund plc is an open-ended umbrella common contractual fund constituted by a Deed of Constitution and authorised in Ireland as a UCITS.
(iii) The Fidelity Institutional Variable Capital Company plc is an open-ended umbrella investment company with segregated liability between sub funds and authorised in Ireland as a UCITS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the administration of these funds. The working day is from 11.00am to 7.30pm, five days a week. The successful candidate will be supported by an administrator/senior administration dedicated to these business streams.
About you
We are looking for candidates with previous supervisory experience desirable ideally in a fund management business. You should have strong systems knowledge ideally InvestOne Enterprise and experience of working with derivate/hedge product, with an analytical and logical approach to solving problems and organising information. You will have strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to accept and implement change.
