Assistant Trustee Manager / Assistant Depositary Manager
My client is a leading European Funds Company based in Dublin 2 and is now seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for their established Dublin team.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate the Depositary Team
Manage the daily operations of the Depositary Team
Advising clients on trustee/regulatory issues
Ensuring funds comply with regulatory documentation
Ensuring Trustee and NAV checks are completed
Ensuring weekly banking checks are completed
Establishing Control Plan for main trustee functions
Assisting senior management with scheduling and organising on-site visits.
Attend relevant client meetings regarding to funds
Preparing Depositary reports for Board Meetings
Assisting in Depositary projects |

| Required Skills: |
Good understanding of legal documentation relevant to funds.
Microsoft Excel
Strong client service experience essential
Strong French desirable |
| Experience: |
Five years’ experience within the Funds’ industry in Depositary, funds administration, compliance and/or custody. |
