Financial Accountant
The Role:
An excellent opportunity for a Financial Accountant has arisen within the Finance Team of one of the world’s leading global fund house. Are you a part qualified accountant perusing ACA/ACCA Qualification? Then CLICK APPLY now for a chance to be considered for this exciting role.
Core Responsibilities:
• Process employee and vendor expenses on the company employee and vendor system Time@Work
• Liaising with suppliers and third parties
• Process credit card expenses on Time@Work system
• Processing journal entries and preparation of daily cash reconciliations
• Assisting with internal / external queries
• Assist with monthly management accounts and quarterly finance reporting packs
• Allocation of cash receipts to client invoices on the sales ledger
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Completion and filing of GST/VAT returns

| Required Skills: |
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software applications, Intermediate or Advanced excel skills an advantage
• Highly organized and self-motivated with an awareness of deadlines
• Work effectively as part of a team and optimistic attitude to work and enthusiasm for change and improvements to the business.

| Experience: |
• You MUST have 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping in a financial services environment and be working towards a financial accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
|
