| Description: |
Multiple clients in Dublin City seeking experienced Trustee professionals at all levels to join their expanding operations within the Irish Funds Industry
Responsibilities:
Senior/Supervisor Trustee
• Meet client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines
• Review daily/monthly/quarterly compliance and NAV reviews
• Participate in new fund launches
• Participate in on-site visits to sub-custodians and administrators
• Review financial statements, prospectus, etc.
• Audit reviews
• Develop and maintain strong business relationship with colleagues
• Adhoc tasks / projects as required
Assistant Manager/Manager
• Daily oversight and review of work flows
• Prepare for and attend client meetings as required
• On-site visits to sub-custodians and administrators
• Attend and make presentations at client Board of Directors Meetings
• Work closely with clients legal firms and consultants
• Liaise with the global sub-custodians, administrator and prime brokers, as required
• Meet client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines
• Develop and maintain strong business relationship with colleagues

| Required Skills: |
• Strong PC-based experience
• Ability to adapt to various product deliverables
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
|
| Experience: |
• 2-5+ years’ experience either in a hedge fund / investment bank or prime broker.
• Experience in Compliance and NAV reviews
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with Clients, Investors, Management and demonstrate a diligent and methodical approach to tasks
