Head of Product and Solutions, Alternatives, Private Equity Focus The Role:
• Design and build a core Product Roadmap:
 define and differentiate from competitors.
• Develop a best-in-class Digital Client Experience: work in conjunction with the well resourced team.
• Broaden and deepen the Core Offering:
 Drive the creation of additional revenues: front to back, risk, data services etc.
• Strategically focus and position the value-proposition for the future: i.e.best-in- class Solutions Provider.
• Be a highly effective working with the Global Head:
 drive the business lines: Hedge Funds, Real Estate and Private Debt and Private Equity, inparticular.
• Ensure consistency:
 of Product; Solutions; Processes and Development according to Group frameworks. The Individual:
• Alternative industry expertise:
 c.20 years; preferably both buy and sell side with a deep understanding of Hedge funds, Real Estate and Private Equity, in particular.
• Servicing Alternative clients:
 expertise in creating product, solutions and driving sales.
• Project Management:
 proven expertise with the ability to run projects across multiple business lines and products.
• Strong Leader and influencer:
 the ability and gravitas to present effectively at Board level.
• Personal characteristics:
 dynamic and entrepreneurial, with outstanding commercial acumen.
• Alternatives and Technology expertise:
