Global Head of Legal, Alternatives The Role
• Advise the Board / Senior Management on all legal matters relating to the global business.
• Lead the Legal function:
 oversight and day-to-day management.
• Deliver legal support to group entities and clients: for services provided and in jurisdictions where the company undertakes business.
• Providing clients and the Board with impact assessment of new and existing legislation affecting delivery of Administration, ManCos, Banking and Custody services.
• Answering general queries from clients and the Board in relation to industry regulation and legislation The Individual
• Strong Legal, Leadership and Management skills: 
20+ years PQE, with at least five years managing a team of lawyers and paralegals across multiple locations.
• Expertise in:
 Fund Administration, ManCos, Trustee, Banking, Custody.
• Personal Characteristics:
 Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and concisely, solution-oriented, collaborator, business focused, client centric, not afraid to challenge, high emotional intelligence.
