Head of Compliance - ManCo
Your Opportunity
This is an opportunity for someone ambitious to step into a Head of Compliance role with a growing ManCo in Dublin. As a PCF 12, you will have full responsibility for the onboarding, trading and ongoing compliance for a range of UCITS and AIFMD funds.
Working as part of the senior management team, your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and implement a compliance framework for the business and funds
• Working to instil a compliance culture
• Keeping up to date with the evolving regulatory environment and implementing changes as required
• Liaising with various regulatory authorities on queries, reporting and filing
• Management of third party relationships to ensure compliance and correct oversight

Your Background
We are looking for someone who is ready to step into a Head of Compliance role with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior compliance role within a fund administrator, manager or similar. You must be ambitious and be comfortable working in a broad fund and company level compliance role.
In addition, candidates must:
• Have strong regulatory knowledge around UCITS and AIFMD
• Ideally have a professional compliance qualification
• Have experience dealing with Irish and other EMEA regulators
