Client Service Manager – Fund Accounting (Flexibility & remote access)
My client is a global fund administrator with a growing business and renewed strategy ensuring clients are the primary focus – with this in mind, and following consultation with professionals in the market, they’re introducing a new way of doing things.
Currently, I have several opportunities for Senior Fund Professionals who are keen to gain some flexibility in the way they work – with remote access once they’ve settled in, more input in process improvement, and flexible approaches to handling queries rather than consistent long hours in the office.
Your day to day will include:
Serve as the primary dedicated contact for the client on operational and client servicing issues
Ensuring their team are accurate in their processing of Net Asset Valuations (NAV)
Monitoring errors, complaints and potential breaches. Recording as appropriate
Performing and/or monitoring quality and internal controls for all team deliverables
Participating in the development, testing and implementation of new systems and products
