| Description: |
As a Senior Manager within the Corporate Finance Department, the primary role is to support the Department's Directors and the Firm’s Partners and co-ordination of team members on specific assignments.

As they continuing to offer exceptional services to a range of diverse Mid-Senior tier Domestic and International clients from a Mergers and Acquisitions perspective and given the current pipeline of activity are keen to secure the services of a strong Corporate Finance Senior Manager with M&A exposure.
The role:
Conduct & offer strategic advice to clients with in relation Mergers, Acquisitions, buyouts and disposals through a combination of Business modelling, Valuations, Due Diligence etc across the Infrastructure market.
Lead assignments by defining scope and in consultation with Partners to ensure that assignments are executed in compliance with our policies and protocols
Understanding our client’s needs, co-developing our approach with the client, and providing value to the client through insights, factual conclusions and advice.
Assisting in the financial management aspects of assignments by organising staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to engagement leaders.
Participating in business development initiatives by leading the development of pitch documents and taking a lead role in dealing with clients.
Project manage teams, work closely with all members to lead the day to day progression of assignments to include; planning and preparation of deliverables as well as review of these deliverables. |

| Experience: |
The ideal candidate will be an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant trained in a professional services firm within their corporate finance team, with a few years experience at Manager level.
A strong background across Infrastructure would be seen as a distinct advantage given the development within this space, however it would be in no way seen as a pre-requisite given the growth. |
