Your Opportunity
My client, a Global Asset Manager located in Dublin City Centre, is seeking an experienced senior Company Secretary. Our clients’ recent expansion of the Irish business through the creation of Global Business Operations group based in Dublin and the launch of the ICAV model has resulted in the need for a talented and dedicated company secretarial team.
The purpose of this team is to provide company secretarial and governance services to our client’s managed UCITS/ ICAV funds. Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead the development of this CoSec function
• End-to-end support of the board corporate governance process
• Maintenance of records and filings
This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career with a highly regarded, globally recognised Investment firm within its new Irish company secretariat function. This is a chance to lead this new function, with the successful candidate advising and establishing best practice notes and growing out the Dublin based team.
Your Background
The successful candidate will have significant experience in a company secretarial role within an asset management business or related financial service area;
In addition, you will have:
• An ICSA qualification
• A strong understanding of the governance of UCITS and ICAV funds
• Working knowledge of Irish company law and applicable financial services regulation and governance codes
