Location: Kilkenny/Dublin
Multiple Client Services roles open with clients in Dublin for permanent positions on brand new teams, all levels from junior up to AVP level available.
As a Client Services manager your duties will include - Acting as the primary point of contact for all custody related queries from the Investment Manager, Ownership, management and resolution of all Investment Manager queries and maintain and monitor all client data and standing instructions among others.
As a Client Services junior to senior your duties may vary but include maintaining relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks, brokers, auditors and other fund participants, meet expectations of fund participants and adhering to deadlines and respond to all investor and client queries via phone and email within the agreed SLA in place. |

| Required Skills: |
Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach
Ability to review and resolve complex issues
Strong written and oral communication skills essential to the role |
| Experience: |
3+ years’ experience in Client services or similar role
Financial services and/or Fund administration background
Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with all internal partners |
