| Description: |
My client is an outsourced accounting supplier to leading multinational companies within the Cork area, the role of Financial Accountant will sit within a leading multinational firm with a primary focus on preparation of financial statements and performance improvements.
Responsibilities
Working with MNC’s to prepare and audit statutory financial statements for multiple jurisdictions across Europe
Working with clients to optimise the finance function. This may include projects relating to the financial statements close process, review and remediation of data and business processes and short term interim staffing assignments |

| Required Skills: |
A strong understanding of Irish & UK GAAP
Highly articulate with good report writing and excel skills
Excellent communicator
Commercial / business awareness
The ability to learn quickly and keep abreast of developments |
| Required Education: |
Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA preferred)
A minimum 1 year’s PQE in auditing or preparing financial statements |
