| Description: |
The Role
Manage the financial reporting process for our clients to ensure full adherence to regulatory
deadlines.
Detailed Review of interim and annual financial statements prepared by the team in compliance
with relevant accounting standards and the relevant regulatory disclosures (e.g. UCITs, AIFMD).
Creating and maintaining up to date financial reporting checklists for all fund types administered
by our client
Liaise with Account Managers in the audit process to assist and guide the teams in their dealings
with external auditors.
Provide training and guidance on relevant accounting standards and regulations. |

| Required Skills: |
Strong knowledge of Regulatory compliance requirements
An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines
Strong PC skills including Word & Excel |
| Experience: |
4-5 years' experience in a similar fund audit role incorporating the above functions
Previous experience working on audits of offshore and onshore regulated funds
Strong knowledge of Regulatory compliance requirements |
| Required Education: |
An accountancy qualification is required |
