The Role:
Global Asset Manager & Financial Services Provider located in Munster is recruiting for a qualified/soon to be qualified Chartered Accountant with Funds and/or Financial Services experience to join their team.
Fantastic opportunity to manage large and/or complex projects meeting the financial and regulatory reporting needs of clients as part of a growing team. The role will also involve some supervision of junior members on the team.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of interim and annual financial statements for Investment Funds.
Deliver high quality service to clients through accurate, timely completion of all assigned tasks.
Respond to clients in a timely professional manner and anticipate their needs.
Preparation of any group, board or ad hoc reporting required by your clients.
Liaise with external auditors and deal with audit queries.
Manage the audit process for your clients.
Preparation of regulatory returns.
Ensuring agreed client service levels and regulatory filing deadlines are met.
Ensuring tax compliance deadlines are met for the funds assigned to you.
Act as effective team member within the team and with other teams.
Liaise with other units – Transfer Agency, Custody/Trustee, Fund Accounting, Client Services, Legal, and Client Expenses.
Mentor/ Train junior members.
Take part in transition and improvement projects as required. |

| Required Skills: |
Ability to work in a structured pattern, setting priorities and consistently meeting deadlines.
Profecient in MS Office suite.
A team player. |
| Experience: |
Experience of Invest One/Enterprise advantageous. Excel experience is essential.
Experience within the Funds Industry, in Financial Reporting or similar.
Strong understanding of accounting principles. |
| Required Education: |
Third level qualification in accounting/finance.
Fully/Part qualified accountant and interested in completing their qualification. |
