| Description: |
As an Operations Manager you will be responsible initially for the management-specific client collections project, which includes the back office function and the dialler operations
Management of clients is also expected. As part of your role you will be required to liaise and form a professional working relationship with the client. This roles reports directly to the Managing Director.
The Role:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Own the client relationship including forecasting, invoicing, budgeting and delivery.
Drive profitability and financial awareness.
Point of contact for the client in relation to any operational and/or strategic issues
Engage with the client to plan and implement the strategic vision
Reduction in Aged debt on debt books
Reduction in the Cost to Collect Measurement
Improvement in cash collected within the first 60 days on debt book
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge and experiece of working within an outsourced collections or O2C operation.
B2C and Telco industry a preference
Highly developed client facing/relationship management skills
Excellent leadership & people management skills
Flexible, resilient and receptive to change with the ability to manage changing priorities
Must have proven success demonstrating leadership, client services, problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skills
Highly organised with a systematic approach to work and excellent attention to detail
Able to analyse, summarise and present complex data to management
Excellent presentation skills both in creating the support and delivering it
Ability to demonstrate financial and collections knowledge, analytical skills and sound business judgement with excellent attention to detail
Ability to cope with ambiguity and change and maintain high level of professionalism when working under pressure
As expected for a management level position, flexibility around the needs of the business as required
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills within a multi-cultural business environment |
