| Description: |
Must be from a funds background with exposure to UCIT's V and Cash reconciliations; perfect opportunity away from NAV Call Barry on 01 676 0505.
Responsibilities
Display a good understanding of the Cash Reconciliations process.
Ensure relevant reconciliation output is received, saved and checked.
Ensure check sheets are signed off accordingly.
Ensure Custody and Fund Accounting accounts are in balance and escalate aged/material items immediately
Check investigations on exception items and follow up on a timely basis with relevant parties.
Prepare/Check management information stats as required (MIS)
Ensure the investment funds are in compliance with regulatory and fund-specific documentation. Ensure procedures are in place and correct to support this.
Coordinate reviews and production of Trustee Report for the investment funds for each year-end.
Prepare reporting requirements for the Board of the relevant investment funds.
Preparation for and attendance at client meetings where required
Preparation and support for any audits.
Knowledge of UCITs fund types and AIFMD
Liaise with internal and external parties on issues pertaining to the investment funds as required and work on projects. |

| Experience: |
At least 2 years work experience within the funds industry.
PC literacy.
Experience of cash reconditions |
| Desirable Experience: |
Prior Trustee/FA/TA experience is highly desirable. |
