Graduate Role for Business Applications Analyst
The purpose of this role is to provide accounting, technical and functional expertise in the operation and development of the Financial Reporting Platform. Monitoring and managing the delivery of existing business applications services to all client companies on a continuous basis. Engaging with clients to ensure service levels are maintained to the expected levels. Supporting and identifying areas for continuous improvement on the financial reporting platform. Elements of project management, business analysis and QA testing for project assignments as they arise. Support the roll out of solutions and changes to end users. Become adept on the core business platform, applications and services provided. Proactively review, action, monitor and report on all on going service requests from clients to ensure successful resolution.
This a brief overview of the role and full training will be provided.
