| Description: |
My client, a leading professional services firm are seeking to hire a recently qualified accountant to join their expanding corporate finance team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant who possesses a high degree of commercial awareness and attention to detail.
The role will comprise of the following activities:
conducting detailed financial reviews and due diligence investigations;
preparing business plans;
assisting with sale and purchase mandates, MBO and MBI assignments;
assisting with the preparation of valuation reports;
assisting with debt and equity raisings;
financial modelling;
report writing;
transactional services background advantageous
liaising with clients, financial institutions and solicitors; and
assisting in preparation of presentations and marketing initiatives. |

| Experience: |
previous experience in corporate finance or audit department;
excellent communication skills
industry experience with an interest in retuning a professional services environment |
| Required Education: |
ACA qualified or equivalent |
