Senior Investment Analyst ‑ Private Equity
Your Opportunity
With a broad mandate across debt both equity at various stages, our client is a well-diversified fund that are looking for a high calibre professional to join its growing team. Working with an investment director, you will be involved in all aspects of development and execution of transactions including:
• Origination and analysis of potential transactions
• Maintaining and continually improving sector knowledge
• Pitching potential transactions to an experienced investment committee
• Carrying out detailed financial modelling and analysis for valuations
• Management of all aspects of final transactions
This opportunity will suit someone coming out of an advisory role or someone who is looking to build on their PE/VC experience with a larger firm with much greater reach.
Your Background
You must be coming from a strong academic background, ideally with a professional qualification (ACA, CFA, etc.). A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a high value transaction focused role including:
• Corporate Finance / Transaction Services
• Corporate / Investment Banking
• Private Equity / Venture Capital
• Leveraged / Acquisition Finance
