About my Client
My client, a globally established Financial Services company is currently seeking to add to the team within their Management Company, a separate legal entity within the overall group. A company with an excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region.
About the Role
This role is first and foremost a position of oversight and can be described as similar to a Trustee in terms of responsibilities. You’ll be responsible for board reporting, breaches and error reporting to the Central Bank of Ireland and monitor, ensuring adherence to, the fund prospectus and company policy whilst mitigating against risk.
About You
You’ll have about one years’ experience, ideally within a Trustee or Depositary environment, or if coming from elsewhere within Fund Administration, knowledge of and experience in breaches and error reporting.
This is a relatively junior role, but given the nature of Management Companies you’ll be expected to be mature, efficient and organised while juggling varying ongoing projects and deadlines.
