Senior Project Manager ‑ Change Management
A leading Financial Services company are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Change Management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, shaping and the successful implementation of change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ownership of the project management of individual change projects
• Working with stakeholders at all levels to identify, analyse and document project requirements and structure work accordingly
• Work across asset class and various functions throughout the region to support the change management process
• Engage with business representatives on system implementation initiatives to facilitate scoping, prioritisation, benefits identification, tracking and business readiness
• Represent stakeholders views and requirements within broader project teams
• Liaise with project managers and other departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues on cross divisional projects
• Ensure the project identifies, communicates and manages risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of the project
• Coordinate with Global Change Delivery teams as necessary on global initiatives
• Provide timely, clear and accurate reporting for key stakeholders and interested parties
Key Skills/Qualifications:
• Significant project management skills with experience in a change management environment
• Strong analysis and problem solving experience
• Ability to challenge and question key stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
