Location: Cork / Limerick / Dublin

My client is a leading professional services firm focused predominantly on a financial services client base which include the very best of the Banking, Fiduciary and Investment Management world, with further specialisms within the Alternative Investment industry (Hedge, Private Equity and Property investment vehicles).
These roles are important key management positions working leading clients and a wide range of work including external audit, internal audit and financial due diligence. In addition you will also be involved with training, managing and appraising staff.
Manager level
Planning, budgeting and scheduling of work for a portfolio of clients
Managing work in progress and ensuring timely completion thereof
Review of work undertaken by audit teams
Allocation of work and delegation to audit staff
Staff training and development
Maintaining a full awareness of the activities of the organisation, including product knowledge, and seeking cross-selling opportunities where possible
Ad hoc technical projects as directed by partners and senior managers
Senior Manager/Associate Director level
Be responsible for a profit and loss which has a 4 year target.
Be responsible for building a Regulation team.
Set objectives for the team in collaboration with the relevant Partner
Be responsible for ensuring the quality of work performed on engagements.
Work with relevant Partners to be responsible for the overall Regulation team and service offering. |

| Required Skills: |
Have experience of management of the audit from planning to supervision and review of the process
Have flexibility in your approach to meeting goals as part of the team
Have the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
Have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships
Take a proactive approach to problem solving and delivering client solutions
You will have experience of interacting with senior level clients and management to develop and maintain business relationships.
Deliver budgets, build and develop the team, and to ensure quality on all engagements in line the RM policies |
| Experience: |
Experience of IFRS, UK GAAP (including FRS 101/102) and international standards on auditing would be required |

Hold a relevant professional qualification |
