Well if you are well presented, client and service-focused, and have 4 years’ experience in front of house, general administration and facilities then I can prove you wrong!
This is a varied and interesting role across:
Administration including phone audits, records, invoice and expenses
Facilities including health and safety checks, conference facilities, and event planning
Front of house including coaching of reception staff, workflow management, switchboard, and client service
Operations Support including training and operational efficiencies and process improvements
Risk including document management and phone audits |

| Required Skills: |
Excellent experience of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
Pleasant personality and desire to provide superior client service
Strong organization skills, self-starter, self-motivated and team spirit |
| Experience: |
4 years’ experience with a minimum of 2 years in similar position |
