Are you a Big 4 trained Manager/AM looking for a move into a commercially focused accounting role? With a large client facing element and working closely with the sales team this is a broad and commercial role which offers exposure to senior management from Day One and excellent career progression possibilities going forward.
My client is a leading FinTech firm with a global reach and a diverse portfolio of entities operating in multiple jurisdictions and across a variety of markets with clients including leading blue chip firms. The position of commercial accountant will work closely with the CFO and senior management, with input on key decisions; hence the position will suit an assertive and confident individual.
Thanks to ongoing growth and an ambitious acquisition plan this is a fast paced, dynamic and exciting environment which will offer solid career progression in the short to mid-term.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the integration of newly acquired companies
Preparation of customer pricing simulations
Drafting and reviewing commercial proposals and contracts for customers
Dealing directly with customers and senior company management
Financial analysis & modelling
Assisting with the management & analysis of large volume of contracts with global customers
Review and negotiation of software licensing agreements, service agreements, and other legal documents for the company’s business
Regularly presenting detailed analysis and commercial status to senior management
Analysis of contractual terms in respect of internal and external queries
Assisting in due diligence work |

| Required Skills: |
Self-motivated and hard-working individual who is goal orientated

Strong analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
Assertive, confident and articulate communicator
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Commercially astute |
| Experience: |
Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA and Big 4 trained preferred) or alternatively minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial role |
| Required Education: |
Strong Academics (1.1 or 2.1 degree) |
