Graduate for Operations Role



This Financial Services company seek a Graduate to work with the Operations team and provide support to the Director of Operations and HR as well as the wider Senior Management team. The successful candidate will ideally be a recent business or IT graduate and will provide a key role in providing assistance to ongoing projects and supporting daily operational and administrative functions across the office. It is also a great opportunity to gain project experience and skills in planning, tracking, reporting and communications.



Assist with all key Operations processes and projects, as well as maintenance and management of Operations team applications.



Administration of the key Operations team functions



* Management of key Operations team processes

* Maintenance of central document storage site MS SharePoint



Administration of Operations team applications and processes



* Production of key management information quarterly

* Assistance with Project Management Office processes and management of project documentation

* Assistance with the management of the Business Process Improvement programme



General Operations duties



* Regular updating of policies and procedures

* Work collaboratively with key team members on strategic projects that span across the company and clients as they arise



Administrative support for Director of Operations and HR



* Preparation of company presentations

* Ad hoc support where required



Other general administrative duties as required

Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Economics, IT or a related field.
Familiar Microsoft Office Products and ability to learn new systems and use them effectively for analysis.
