| A key player in the Irish Corporate Finance arena and one of the most successful advisors in terms of both fee income and deal size seeks to hire an experienced Associate Director, reporting directly to the MD and managing a team of Executives, the role suits an ambitious, confident, go-getter. |

| Required Skills: |
Reporting directly to the MD, with responsibility for a team of Executives in the negotiation and coordination of deals through to execution this will include but not be limited to the following:
- Executing relevant transactions (Origination (M&A/ ECM/ LBO)- Pitch - Structuring - Dealing with advisors - Closing)
- Playing an integral part in contract negotiation and the relevant deal process
- Advising on product placement
- Business integration, handling successful business implementation

| Desirable Skills: |
As well as having an excellent professional reputation candidate will have an outgoing, professional personality and evidence of having built strong external client relationships. In addition candidate will have a min of 3 years Corporate Finance experience with a highly analytical mind and a strong commercial acumen. |
| Required Education: |
Due to the high calibre of the existing team, above average academics (min 2.1 Degree and or Masters) and if qualified ACA essential to have first time passes. |
