About my Client
My client, a long established and successful business is a leading provider of Administration Services, Banking and Corporate Services to diverse Financial Services industry client base including Aircraft lessors, airlines, banks, commodities and more. A company with an excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an experienced and capable Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Director, this is a permanent post and brand new hire, sitting within an established and growing HR & Culture team. Your role will be to develop and roll out a strategic cultural transformation across the entire European business, comprising of 3000 employees across 4 distinct business lines. You will proactively work with local directors and C-Suite staff in each business, promoting a top-down approach to the importance and necessity of learning, training and development, creating an agenda that results in a great place to work, excellent staff culture and best in class people.
As you will be responsible for Europe as a whole, there will be travel of circa 20%+ required. |

About You
You’ll have around 10 years of experience within a HR Function, with a clear specialism in leadership training and development, specifically at a senior level. As you’ll be establishing the entire framework, it would be ideal that you have a skillset garnered from a similar role – managing cultural transformations in a large organisation.
You’ll have a proven track record and experience in the design and delivery of a strategic L&D plan, and ideally have some international experience too. |
