The Client:
My Client, a Large Financial Services organization is looking for a Senior Co-Sec to join their team based in Dublin due to significant growth and demand. This is a busy role that will require the successful candidate to have the ability to liaise with clients and internal departments in relation to all company secretarial matters for the Firm and its clients.
The Role:
Management and administration of a varied portfolio of clients comprising of Cayman, Luxembourg and Irish domiciled investment fund vehicles
Acting as the primary point of contact for client entities and board of directors
Organising (including the preparation of board packs) and attending client board and committee meetings
Drafting minutes and action point lists from board and committee meetings and circulating to clients and boards of directors in a timely manner
Organising and attending shareholder meetings and drafting minutes thereafter in a timely manner
Arranging for document execution, notarisations, apostilling and consularisation
The Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing company secretarial services gained within a funds environment
ICSA/Part-ICSA Qualified or committed to undertaking the ICSA Examinations
Display an in-depth understanding of fund corporate governance practices and regulatory requirements
Be focused on client delivery with an ability to prioritise, manage multiple clients, be resilient and work to tight deadlines
Strong minute taking experience preferably in a fund environment |
