Investment Operations Specialist
The Investment Operations Specialist is an important role assuming responsibility for the operation of unit linked funds for the regulated entities including daily pricing, unit linked fund valuations and treasury management, along with assisting in due diligence and onboarding of new portfolios.
Oversight of the unit linked operations function which involves daily pricing and valuation of internal linked funds. Ensuring unit linked fund administration processes are recorded correctly on the InvestPro system. Development and updating of valuation and preparation of regular assessment of appropriateness of unit linked fund pricing policies. Prepare and provide reports monitoring the governance and oversight of unit linked business. Management of any outsourced service providers or license snf or data providers including oversight of policy administration systems as it relates to unit linked funds. Liaison between Group companies to ensure minimum service standards are met for unit linked business. Responsibility for reconciliations between unit linked data, Actuarial asset data and Finance data, ensuring consistency of valuations between different asset managers.
Manage day to day relationship with provider of InvestPro software system including compliance with terms of licence agreement.
Looking for experience in investment or unit linked operations including fund pricing and valuations and working with custodians, fund administrators and fund managers. |
