| Description: |
An IT Support Analyst is required to join a financial services company in Dublin. They recently set up a Dublin office and are growing their team long term on the finance side, and due to the growth they have decided that they need to start to cover IT Support on site rather than have the London office cover issues for Ireland.
You would report to the IT manager in the London office and be the go to person for everything, and also a resource for the London team. Once you prove yourself you will be given the opportunity to cover for the manager while they are away, allowing you to take on more responsibility as you go. You will be involved in supporting the firm wide IT team as well, and get plenty of opportunities to do project work.
The IT Support Analyst will be allowed to take on new challenges they don’t have experience in, and be given the chance to add to their skillset as the company is looking for someone to progress long term with the view of the team growing long term creating opportunities for you to perhaps be involved in building and managing your own team.
The successful Technical Support Analyst will assist with the support including the regular replacement of Desktop hardware, resolve problems and faults at desk-side and remotely, to include maintaining, configuring and troubleshooting applications, PCs, Laptops and PDA.
You will plan the logistics for the disposal of redundant equipment, manage the asset register following a disposal, iOS mobile technology support installation, upgrades and first line support for iPhone, wireless and laptop connectivity support and manage iOS devices among others.

Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in IT Support position
Experience with Service Now is beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as is the ability to multitask
Proactive individual with good judgement and people skills
