| Description: |
Kilkenny / Wexford / Waterford
The Trustee Supervisor would be responsible for managing the funds’ to ensure that they are managed in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements by liaising with Investment Managers, Global Custodians, Prime Brokers and Administrators on an ongoing basis.
This position reports to the Managing Director and is an opportunity for a suitable candidate to gain exposure to all areas of trustee and fund administration with a leading global service provider.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly compliance and NAV reviews
Participate in New fund launches
Liaise with the global sub-custodians, administrator and prime brokers, as required
Meet client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines
Develop and maintain strong business relationship with colleagues
Adhoc tasks / projects as required
Requirements:
5 years+ experience in funds administration and/or custody focused on NAV preparation and/or performance of compliance reviews
Detailed knowledge of fund administration systems; SunGard Invest one and Investier
A third level business or finance degree or professional qualification
Positive ‘can do’ attitude with excellent problem solving skills |
