| Description: |
A number of leading financial services firms have multiple Senior Fund Accountant positions available within Private Equity & Real Estate in Dublin. Hedge Fund Accountants looking to make the transition into Private Equity would be trained fully to make a transition. The reason for these hires is that a number of firms have been growing significantly in 2019, leading to multiple positions available going into 2020 and the growth has no sign of cessation.
You will serve as main daily client operational contact for a range of clients and be part of special operations projects along with exposure to NAV calculations among other tasks. There will also be opportunity to work closely with, or transition onto the Real Estate team as they are planning to grow this function long term as well.

Role:
Calculating and reporting the funds’ Net Asset Values (NAV’s).
Calculating the funds’ expenses and accruals.
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and audits as requested.
Analysing changes in funds’ values in relation to broader market fluctuations.
Meet client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines.
Adhoc tasks / projects as required.
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience as a Fund Accountant.
Previous exposure to working on projects.
ACCA qualification preferred.
Experience with NAV calculations.
Exposure to Hedge, Mutual or Private Equity Funds |
